Our goal is to provide older adults with the care, medical treatment, and support they need to achieve their highest quality of life – while remaining independent for as long as possible. PACE elder care experts offer an alternative to nursing home placement that features comprehensive, coordinated care for the medical, social, and physical needs of qualified seniors. PACE also offers caregiver relief and peace of mind for families.
