PACE Central Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department and Executive Director across our Houghton Lake and Mt.
Pleasant locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, people-focused work, and being part of a growing healthcare team.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide administrative support to HR and the Executive Director
· Assist with onboarding, employee records, and compliance tracking
· Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
· 1–3 years of administrative or HR experience
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations
