At a recent communication of Trelum Lodge #552, Grand Tyler Terry Trout visited and made a plea for the lodge to make a donation to First Lady Anita Davis’s chosen charity, Shades of Pink. The organization aims to reduce financial stress for those in Southeast Michigan undergoing breast cancer treatment by providing prompt funds for daily living expenses.
Many of the brothers of Trelum Lodge have family members that have been affected by cancer and the lodge approved a $10,000 donation to Shades of Pink.
Since MWB Leonard Davis was scheduled to be present at the October 14th meeting of the Masonic Master Masons Association of South East Michigan at the Troy Temple, it was decided to make the presentation at that time.
