Michigan Masonic Home is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual communications for the Grand Lodge of Michigan and the Michigan Masonic Charitable Foundation. This role designs and produces both print and digital materials while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Design in print and digital materials (brochures, flyers, magazines, signage, ads, presentations, etc.)
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand standards
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use
- Collaborate with marketing/PR on campaigns and projects
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Maintain brand guidelines, artwork library, and signage standards
- Assist with basic photo editing, content creation, and event support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5-10 years of work related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout
- Familiarity with WordPress/web basics preferred
- Basic photography and editing skills
