The Michigan Masonic Home is thrilled to announce that the Alzheimer's Foundation of America chose us as a national grant winner from organizations across the country!
The grant will support our Life Enrichment department with new equipment and engaging activities designed to boost mental activity, support mobility, and ease feelings of loneliness and isolation.
We were honored to host the annual Grand Master’s Reception in celebration of Michigan’s new Most Worshipful Grand Master, William Sauget. This special event gave our residents the chance to meet the Grand Master and welcome him with warm smiles and great conversation.
We also celebrated our very own Samantha T from the Dietary team once more with our residents for her incredible achievement in being selected to compete in the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games.

We had "snow" much fun celebrating Christmas in July yesterday here at the Home! Residents enjoyed delicious pizza, festive Christmas cookies, and classic eggnog, all while singing along to their favorite holiday carols. The fun continued with a few rounds of the Right Left game, complete with wrapped presents, of course! It may only be July, but the holiday spirit was in full swing! ❄️🎁🎄

A few weeks ago, Special Olympics Michigan hosted a heartfelt surprise right here in our Chapel for our own Samantha T from the Dietary team. Sami has been selected to compete in Athletics at the 2026 USA Special Olympics Games in Minnesota!
We couldn't be more proud of her accomplishments and were thrilled to celebrate someone who goes above and beyond for our residents every day. Way to go, Sami! Your Masonic Home team is cheering you on all the way! 🏃♀️💫👏
